Feedback Survey for NACHA Strategic Planning is Open

The survey will be open until January 26, 2012.
"NACHA is looking to the future and taking steps to prepare for its next strategic planning process, which will begin in the first half of the year. The outcome of this effort will be a strategic plan to guide the ACH Network and NACHA the association for the 2013 to 2015 period.
“In order to ensure that we are responsive to the needs and priorities of the NACHA membership and those who utilize the ACH Network, NACHA invites you to participate in a brief online survey. The survey should take between ten and twenty minutes to complete. Individual responses will be kept strictly confidential and will inform subsequent strategic planning discussions and exercises.
The survey covers a range of issues of relevance to your organization’s use of the ACH Network and engagement with NACHA — today and into the future. The broad industry feedback that was captured from the 2009 survey provided valuable input to our current strategic plan, and we anticipate the same again. We have engaged Blueflame Consulting to manage this survey process for NACHA.
The survey software provides an option for you to print out the questions and to save your progress if you need to attend to other matters or consult colleagues. Bill Pay Exceptions Benchmarking Study is Closed
Blueflame Consulting is conducting a survey of Billers, FIs and Bill Pay Processors to gather updated statistics on exception rates and to identify best practices for NACHA's Council for Electronic Billing and Payment. The survey has closed; results will be shared through NACHA's CEBP.
